Exchange Rules:

• The minimum amount you can exchange through Cash is $10

• We will not bear easy paisa fees.For example, if you exchange $10 through our service then $2+7%

        fees will be applied on it.Its means that we will send you $7.2 (612 PKR)through easypaisa and you
         will receive 552 PKR through easypaisa shop.But if you withdraw this amount  through Bank Transfer
         or Money Order then you will receive 612 PKR. So we do not recommend Easypaisa.

• User will bear the easypaisa fees.

5. How long does it take to receive money?

If you are exchanging your money through easyload,then you receive easyload in 1 working day*.

If you are exchanging your money through Cash,then you receive Cash in 3 working days*.

* Sunday is not considered as working days.

6. Is there any minimum amount that I need to exchange?

Yes, the minimum amount you can exchange through Easyload is $2 and that through Cash is $10.

7. More than 3 working days has been passed but did not received cash, why?

The delay may be due to money carrier as they take 2 working days for target the money at your home.

8. What are referrals?

These are people you refer using your referral link. To start gaining referrals you must be a member on Alertpay Money Exchange.
You can earn money from every time they exchange money. You will be given 1% of what your referral exchange through our site.

9. I can withdraw my money directly through Alertpay then why i need to use this service?

As you know Alertpay is providing 3 ways to withdraw your money in Pakistan.

Via Check (Fees= $4) 

You must have a Foreign currency account to get cash from Check and processing fees that your bank charge is usually $9-$15 + 3%
and bank takes 30-45 working days to put money into your account.So it will not be wise to withdraw money through Check instead
of using Alertpay Money Exchange service.

Via Bank Wire 

A fee $35 ($15 Alertpay fees + $20 Fees taken by Alertpay bank) is applied from Alertpay when you withdraw money from your Alertpay
account.So if you withdraw $100 then you will receive $65 and if you withdraw money through Alertpay Money Exchange then you will receive $91.

Via Credit Card 

You can receive your money with 1 or 2 days using our service but Alertpay takes about 8 days for your money to be appear on your bank
account if you withdraw either through Credit Card or Bank Wire
Visa and Master debit or credit card issued by Pakistani banks can not receive money.
